Keli Roberts is a globally recognized fitness educator, trainer, and author, renowned for her innovative approach to health and wellness. Originally from Australia, she began her career in modeling and acting before transitioning to fitness, obtaining certification from ACHPER, Australia's leading fitness organization. In 1990, she moved to the United States to further her career, quickly becoming a sought-after personal trainer in Los Angeles with a celebrity clientele that included Cher, Kirstie Alley, Jennifer Grey, and Faye Dunaway.
Her accolades include the 2003 IDEA International Fitness Instructor of the Year award and induction into the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2007. Roberts holds multiple certifications, including ACSM Exercise Physiologist, ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach.
Beyond her work with high-profile clients, Roberts is dedicated to fitness education, conducting workshops and masterclasses worldwide. She serves as a Senior Master Trainer for Schwinn and is a BOSU Elite Instructor, among other roles. Her personal experiences, including overcoming eating disorders and managing an autoimmune disease, have deepened her empathy and commitment to helping others achieve their health goals.
